- Lead on day-to-day delivery of BREEAM assessments from pre-assessment to post construction stage.
- Chairing meetings with design and site teams, advising them on how to maximise BREEAM credits.
- Ensuring the information needed for the assessments is collected and reviewed.
- Preparing reports for submission to Building Research Establishment (BRE).
- Provide regular updates to project teammembers and pursuing information.
- Respond to the BRE on quality audit reports.
- Producing and keep up to date the regular tracking schedule.LocationPredominately remote working with around 1 -2 days site visits per month. Flexibility to visit sites nationwide required. - Previous employment as a BREEAM Assessor / Sustainability Engineer / Consultant- Previous experience / knowledge of construction / building projects- Previous main contractor employment or consultancy employment.
- Relevant industry qualification (Degree / HND / HNC etc).
- Qualified and experienced BREEAM AssessorRemunerationThe successful BREEAM Assessor will receive:
