Position Summary Safely transports students while fostering a positive, welcoming environment and supporting the College's transport needs.

Role Responsibilities

- Safely transport students to and from school in accordance with College procedures and road safety requirements.
- Maintain a positive, welcoming and orderly environment for students while travelling on College buses.
- Conduct routine vehicle safety checks and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
- Ensure all transport services operate reliably, punctually and efficiently.
- Support additional College activities, including sporting events, excursions and other transport requirements as required.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to student wellbeing, safety and duty of care obligations.
- Uphold the values and expectations of Citipointe Christian College in all interactions with students, staff and families.

Selection Criteria

- Current Light Rigid (LR) licence.
- Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check).
- Current Driver Authorisation, or a willingness to obtain.
- Demonstrated ability to safely operate a bus and appropriately manage student behaviour.
- Excellent driving record with a strong commitment to passenger safety.
- Strong awareness of road safety, traffic regulations and risk management principles.
- Proven reliability, punctuality and consistency in previous roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students,



staff and families.
- A genuine interest in working with children and supporting their daily school experience.
- Commitment to upholding the values and expectations of Citipointe Christian College.
- Willingness to undertake required training if not currently licensed.
