About The Opportunity
You’ll be part of the PMO team responsible for establishing delivery governance, ensuring projects are executed consistently, and providing visibility and control across the project portfolio. The PMO acts as the bridge between strategy and delivery, helping the organisation successfully implement business, technology, compliance, and operational change initiatives.
As a Business Analyst, you will work across a diverse portfolio of initiatives, including software development, compliance-driven work, and broader technology and business transformations. Operating with a high degree of autonomy, you will own the end‑to‑end business analysis for complex initiatives, providing trusted analysis advice and translating complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements. Working closely with business and technology stakeholders, you will help drive customer focused, value-led outcomes.
You'll Be Successful In This Role If You

- Act as a liaison between business units and delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle,
resolving ambiguity and managing competing stakeholder needs.
- Develop and maintain key project artefacts, including user stories, business requirements documents, scoping documents, process maps, user journeys, project briefs, and operational documentation.
- Analyse and document business rules, data flows, and end-to-end processes, including As-Is and To-Be states, identifying risks, impacts, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Work closely with development teams, other Business Analysts, and UI/UX designers to ensure solutions are customer-centric and aligned to agreed business outcomes and regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrate strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and communication skills, with the ability to influence outcomes, manage competing priorities, and tailor recommendations to senior business and technical audiences.
- Work autonomously, take initiative, make informed recommendations, deliver to agreed timelines, and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of Business Analysis Practice’s standards, methodologies and ways of working.

- Solid functional understanding of technology, including billing and payment systems, APIs, customer portals, websites, and product development.
- Experience working across Agile, Scrum, Waterfall and hybrid delivery models, with the ability to adapt analysis approach to context.
- Proven experience producing high quality artefacts such as user stories, use cases, user journeys, process maps, and test cases.
- Experience in business analysis across solution design, solution delivery, process improvement, data analysis, and business transformation initiatives.
