- Prepare business reports, presentations, process documentation, and functional specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, product, and technology, to deliver business solutions.
- Assist with project planning, requirements validation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and implementation activities.
- Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables align with business objectives.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize workflows and business processes.
