Your new role
As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in delivering workforce planning initiatives that support both operational and strategic business objectives. Working closely with operational leaders, workforce planners, HR teams, and project stakeholders, you will gather requirements, analyse current and future workforce needs, and help drive improvements to workforce planning processes, systems, and reporting capabilities.
You will be responsible for translating business requirements into practical solutions while supporting the successful delivery of workforce planning projects within a complex mining environment.
What you'll need to succeed
- Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst within mining,
resources, energy, or heavy industrial environments
- Proven experience delivering workforce planning, resource planning, organisational planning, or workforce optimisation projects
- Strong requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working across operational and corporate business functions
- Ability to analyse workforce data and translate findings into meaningful business recommendations
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
- Experience working within large-scale transformation or business improvement programs will be highly regarded
