As they continue to grow and expand, there is a temporary opportunity (with potential for permanancy) for a highly talented commercial finance candidate to join the business as a Business Analyst.
You will play a key role in supporting financial planning, performance analysis and management reporting. This is a great chance for someone who enjoys working with data, providing insights and partnering with the business to support better decision-making.
About the Role: Reporting into senior leadership, the key responsibilities include:
- Be the subject matter expert for BI
- Support budgeting, forecasting and planning cycles
- Prepare monthly management reporting and variance analysis
- Provide commentary on financial performance, risks and opportunities
- Partner with key stakeholders across sales, operations and commercial teams
- Assist with financial modelling, scenario analysis and business cases
- Support month-end reporting and analysis
- Improve reporting processes, dashboards and planning tools
- Deliver insights to help drive commercial decision-making
About You: To be successful in this role, you will ideally possess:
- CA / CPA qualified or working towards completion
- Excellent BI capability in Excel
- Experience in FP&A;, management accounting, commercial analysis or finance business partnering
- Strong Excel and financial modelling skills
- Confident communicator with the ability to work with non-finance stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and analytical capability
