Are you an ambitious Business Analyst looking for that one defining project to elevate your career and put your stamp on a massive business transformation?

We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business / Procurement Analyst to join our team. In this role, you play a critical, hands-on part in supporting the end-to-end implementation of our new procurement orchestration platform.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an up-and-coming BA or procurement professional to gain highly valuable experience in system implementation, working cross-functionally to streamline and modernise our procurement operations. You won’t just be gathering requirements—you will be the engine driving a top-priority tech rollout that will fundamentally change how our business operates.

What You Will Actually Do

- Assist with discovery workshops and stakeholder interviews to understand current processes across different functions.
- Map current and future-state procurement processes and translate user feedback into explicit requirements, process diagrams, user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Partner closely with the technical teams to help roll out, configure, and optimise the platform.
- Dive into our current workflows, identify the bottlenecks, and design sleek, modernised procurement processes that support our users.
- Act as translator and bridge between core functional business units and the project team, keeping everyone informed and aligned.
- Data collection, analysis and mapping activities to prepare for migration.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and build intuitive training materials so the business is ready and excited for day one.

Who are you?





- Proven experience as a Business Analyst
- You have a critical eye for detail, a knack for process improvement
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills to influence stakeholders and drive consensus.
- A solid foundational understanding of procurement processes and the source-to-pay lifecycle.
- Prior experience with SaaS implementations is benefical. If you’ve worked with tools like ZIP, ORO, Coupa, or Ariba, we want to talk to you - but a high level of tech-savviness and enthusiasm to learn new tools is what matters most.
