Business Analyst – ERP Transformation (Contract) Location: Brisbane (Hybrid)

Duration: Initial 6-month contract with solid extension potential Are you an experienced Business Analyst with a background in ERP transformation and business readiness? We're seeking a collaborative BA to join a major enterprise transformation program, supporting the implementation of a new SAP S/4HANA Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) solution. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a high-profile transformation initiative, partnering with business and technology teams to ensure a successful transition into operations.

About the Role You will play a key role in bridging the gap between business and technology, leading business analysis activities that support business readiness, operational transition, and successful solution adoption. Working closely with stakeholders, SMEs and delivery teams, you'll help prepare the organisation for go-live and support the transition to business-as-usual.

Key Responsibilities - Lead business analysis activities across a large ERP transformation program.

- Analyse business processes and identify operational impacts.
- Facilitate workshops and engage with business stakeholders, SMEs and project teams.
- Document business requirements, procedures, transition plans and implementation artefacts.
- Support business readiness activities, cutover planning,



go-live and hypercare.
- Assist with operational handover and embedding new business processes.
- Work collaboratively to ensure successful adoption of new ways of working.

About You

You'll bring

- Proven Business Analyst experience on large ERP transformation programs.
- Experience supporting business readiness, deployment or operational transition activities.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.
- The ability to analyse business processes and produce high-quality documentation.
- Experience working across business and technology teams within complex environments.
- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA, Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), or similar enterprise platforms will be highly regarded. What's on Offer - Initial 6-month contract with strong extension potential.
