The Business

Analyst will assist in analyzing data to generate insights, preparing reports and presentations, and contributing to recommendations that improve efficiency and service quality. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting with stakeholders, clarifying needs, maintaining accurate documentation, and helping ensure proposed solutions align with organizational objectives. The role also requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams and a willingness to learn tools and methodologies used in business analysis.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and support evidence-based decisions.




- Foundational knowledge of business analysis, including basic familiarity with methodologies, tools, and documentation practices.
- Ability to understand and document business processes, including process mapping and identification of process gaps.
- Capability to gather, clarify, and document business requirements from stakeholders in a structured and accurate manner.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
- Relevant tertiary qualification (completed or in progress) in Business, Commerce, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Comfort working in a hybrid setting, managing time across on-site and work from home, and collaborating with team members.
- Basic proficiency with productivity and analysis tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, or similar) and willingness to learn new software.
