Role Description The Business Analyst (Entry / Junior) will support the club’s initiatives by analyzing business processes, member needs, and data related to events and activities. This part time hybrid role is based in Sydney, NSW, with a mix of on-site meetings and work-from-home tasks.

Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and documenting requirements from stakeholders, preparing simple reports and dashboards, and identifying opportunities to improve club operations and member engagement. The role also involves assisting with planning and evaluating projects, coordinating with committee members, and presenting findings in clear, accessible formats. This position is suitable for individuals seeking to build foundational business analysis experience in a supportive, student-focused environment.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative data.




- Foundational knowledge of business analysis and experience or interest in defining business requirements.
- Ability to understand and document business processes, including workflows and stakeholder interactions.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly in written and verbal formats.
- Proficiency with common productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software); familiarity with basic data visualization is an advantage.
- Currently studying or recently completed a degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Demonstrated interest in asset and wealth management, financial services, or related disciplines.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team, manage time effectively, and handle responsibilities in a hybrid work setting.
