? About the Role

We're looking for a motivated and analytical Business Analyst (Entry / Junior) to join our growing team.

In this role, you'll work closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and support the delivery of innovative business solutions. You'll help improve operational efficiency, contribute to strategic initiatives, and support data-driven decision-making. ? Key Responsibilities

- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders ?
- Assist in reviewing, mapping, and improving business processes
- Prepare business requirement documents, functional specifications, and workflow diagrams
- Collaborate with project managers, developers, QA teams, and business users throughout project lifecycles
- Analyze business data and prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate business requirements
- Monitor project progress and help track deliverables, risks, and timelines
- Maintain project documentation and ensure data accuracy
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and recommend process enhancements

? Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, or a related field
- Recent graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply
- Basic understanding of business analysis concepts, SDLC, and process improvement methodologies
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, SQL, Power BI, Jira, Confluence, Visio , or similar business analysis tools is an advantage
- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall project methodologies is a plus
- Internship experience, university projects, or certifications such as ECBA (Entry Certificate in Business Analysis) are considered an advantage
