? About the Role

As a Partner, you will:

- Manage and grow your own portfolio of listings and clients
- Work with qualified buyers and vendors across multiple industries
- Handle transactions from listing through to settlement
- Collaborate with a team of experienced professionals

? Who We’re Looking For We are seeking professionals who have:

✔ Minimum 1 year experience in business broking (advantageous) or open to learn and embrace the industry

✔ Experience in commercial real estate (highly regarded)

✔ Exposure to manufacturing, hospitality, or service industries

✔ Background in banking, accounting, legal,



or advisory (advantageous)

✔ Strong communication and negotiation skills

✔ Self-driven mindset with an entrepreneurial approach
