URGENT: Business Continuity Consultant (BCP/BIA)

2 Month Day-Rate Contract. Remote with 1-2 days on-site required in QLD.

We're urgently sourcing a Business Continuity Consultant for a Queensland public sector client, on a 2-month contract with an immediate start required.

This is a Board-driven engagement across two priority stages:

Stage 1 – Targeted BCP review ahead of an August Board approval deadline, covering office relocation impacts, continuity risks, facility dependencies and emergency management alignment.

Stage 2 – Broader BCP and BIA uplift, including a full BCP review against better practice, refreshed disaster recovery strategies and critical dependencies, BIA validation and recommendations, and resilience capability improvements.

You'll need:

Proven BCP and BIA delivery experience, comfort producing Board-ready documentation, and the ability to hit the ground running. Government or statutory authority experience highly regarded. CBCP/MBCI/CBCI certification a robust plus.
