Last year, we grew triple-digits across both revenue and clients, and we're on pace to outdo that again in 2026, outpacing competitors who are decades older than us. The Team You’ll Join

You'll join our Sales team, reporting to the Partners Manager and working closely with Marketing and Compliance to bring new partners on board. Our partners (we call them affiliates and IBs) are businesses and individuals who refer new clients to Fusion in exchange for a commission, similar to a referral partner or reseller in any other industry.

This is your pipeline, your relationships, and your wins. Every day, you'll be identifying new prospects, having conversations with potential partners, and moving deals forward. Some days that means discovery calls, other days a bigger pitch to someone on the other side of the world. It's also a role with room to grow quick and can develop within 2–3 years into a function you lead, a region you own, or responsibility for a portfolio of Fusion's biggest partners.<
