Perfetto Living is a premium supplier of tiles, pavers, hybrid flooring, engineered flooring, and natural stone, trusted by builders, developers, and design professionals for quality, consistency, and service. As we scale our footprint across the residential and commercial building sector, we're looking for a driven Business Development Manager to grow our specification pipeline and deepen relationships across the building supply chain.

The Opportunity

This is a hunter role for someone who already lives and breathes the building materials industry. You'll be the face of Perfetto Living to builders, subcontractors, developers, and architects — driving product specification, opening new accounts, and converting relationships into recurring revenue. If you know the flooring and finishes space, already have a black book of industry contacts, and want to build something with a growing brand, this is your seat.

What You'll Be Doing

- Identify, pursue, and close new business across builders, developers, subcontractors, and architectural/design firms
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships that lead to our tiles, pavers, hybrid flooring, engineered flooring, and stone being specified on projects
- Manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation and site/project scoping through to quoting, negotiation, and close
- Represent Perfetto Living at site visits, project meetings, industry events, and trade functions
- Work closely with architects and designers to get our products onto specification documents and material schedules early in the project lifecycle




- Maintain a solid pipeline and accurate CRM records; report on activity, conversion, and revenue against targets
- Stay ahead of market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing to keep Perfetto Living competitive and top-of-mind
- Collaborate with internal estimating, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure a smooth experience from quote to delivery

What We're Looking For

- Proven background in building material supply — flooring, tiles, stone, pavers, or a closely related product category strongly preferred
- Rich, demonstrable industry experience with a track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
- Established relationships with builders, subcontractors, and architects — you can name names and pick up the phone today
- A strong understanding of the specification process and how products get selected and locked into building projects
- Confident, persuasive communicator who can build credibility with tradespeople and design professionals alike
- Self-motivated and comfortable managing your own diary, territory, and pipeline
- Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel to sites, showrooms, and client meetings
- Experience with CRM systems and structured sales reporting
