The Role
You’ll be the face of Industree Group across VIC, TAS & SA, driving revenue, building relationships, and expanding our footprint across industrial, health and commercial sectors. You’ll hunt, close, train, support and grow — with full ownership of your pipeline and strategy.
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain a high‑velocity sales pipeline
- Hunt new business through research, prospecting and cold outreach
- Drive end‑user demand and support distributor partners
- Deliver powerful product demos showcasing EPIC®, Pitbull® and Trident® technologies
- Train and support distributors and end users
- Track market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead
- Attend industry events and represent the brand with confidence
- Manage quotes, contacts and pipeline through HubSpot CRM and NetSuite ERP
What You Bring
- 5+ years Business Development experience in the industrial sector
- 5+ years in the safety industry
- Robust relationships with procurement, safety and ESG stakeholders
- Proven ability to run the full sales cycle end‑to‑end
- A competitive, energetic, customer‑focused mindset
- Excellent communication, organisation and follow‑up discipline
- Confidence selling to major clients through to SMEs
- Solid Microsoft Office skills
Territory Requirements
- End users: 60%
- Distributors: 15%
- Planning, Admin and Travel: 25%
- Must reside in Victoria, Tasmania or South Australia
- Willingness to travel across the region + occasional interstate travel
