About the Role

- Researching and identifying prospective clients, target markets and key decision-makers.

- Conducting outbound prospecting through phone calls, email, LinkedIn and other channels.

- Introducing the company's services and qualifying new business opportunities.

- Booking meetings and managing a healthy pipeline of prospective clients.

- Maintaining accurate CRM records and providing regular pipeline updates. Preparing meeting agendas, reports and presentations.

- Assisting with proposals, presentations and business development initiatives.

- Monitoring emails, coordinating follow-up actions and handling confidential information.

- Managing the Managing Director's calendar, meetings and travel arrangements.

- Providing proactive administrative support and assisting with occasional personal tasks.

About You





- Previous experience in business development, sales development, lead generation, appointment setting or outbound sales.

- Confidence building relationships with senior decision-makers.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Commercially minded and results-driven.

- Excellent organisational, time management and multitasking abilities.

- High attention to detail

- Proactive, reliable and adaptable.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced workplace and managing a wide-ranging workload.

About the perks

- $70,000 - $90,000 + Super, depending on experience.
