About the Role
As our Business Manager, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while maximising finance and insurance opportunities. Working closely with our Sales team, you will guide customers through the finance process and provide tailored lending and insurance solutions that meet their individual needs.
Your responsibilities will include
- Presenting finance and insurance products to every customer.
- Structuring and submitting finance applications through our panel of lenders.
- Building strong relationships with customers, lenders and internal stakeholders.
- Ensuring all finance documentation is accurate and compliant with regulatory and lender requirements.
- Managing settlements and maintaining deal integrity from approval through to delivery.
- Supporting and coaching the Sales team to identify finance opportunities early in the sales process.
- Consistently achieving finance,
insurance and aftermarket sales targets while maintaining a customer-first approach.
About You To be successful in this role you will have:
- Previous experience as a Business Manager within a franchised automotive dealership.
- A proven track record achieving finance and insurance penetration targets.
- Strong knowledge of automotive finance products, lender requirements and compliance obligations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- A professional, organised and customer-focused approach.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- A current Australian driver's licence.
