We’re an established Australian food manufacturer producing for major supermarket, airline and export customers. We’re looking for a Business Performance Analyst who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves — someone who loves being on the factory floor, understanding how things actually work, and using data to drive measurable improvement across yield, labour, waste and profitability.

What You’ll Do

- Spend time on the floor understanding our production processes, equipment performance, and recipe validation.
- Analyse yield, labour, waste and efficiency data to find opportunities for improvement.
- Build transparent, automated Power BI dashboards connecting data from Fishbowl, QuickBooks and other systems.
- Lead cost-saving and efficiency projects across procurement, scheduling, operations and QA.
- Drive accountability by embedding KPI tracking and performance meetings with each department.
- Support new equipment trials, ROI assessments and grant applications with real data.

What You’ll Bring





- Have experience in manufacturing or food production operations and love being close to the process.
- Know your way around Power BI, SQL, or similar analytics tools.
- Understand production metrics like yield, waste %, labour hours, and OEE.
- Are practical and action-oriented — you don’t just report numbers, you go and see why.
- Can communicate across all levels — from operators to senior management.
