You see the big picture, you’ve always worked on a grand scale, and now you’re ready to re-focus on grand impact.
This is your opportunity to broaden your experience and perspectives, step out of the confines of a standard project role and expand your scope to work with an interconnected ecosystem of industry professionals.
In this role, you'll:
Provide high‑quality business performance analysis and insights to support effective decision‑making across the Finance, Technology and Commercial (FTC) division portfolio. You will analyse performance data to identify trends, risks and opportunities, and develop fit‑for‑purpose dashboards, reports and analytics that provide clear visibility of portfolio, project and operational performance.
You will support the design, implementation and ongoing monitoring of performance frameworks and key performance indicators, ensuring reporting is accurate, timely and aligned to governance and assurance requirements.
Working closely with business teams and stakeholders, you will translate complex data from multiple systems into actionable insights and recommendations that inform planning, resource allocation and continuous improvement, while contributing to enhancements in data quality, reporting processes and analytical capability.

About you

You bring advanced analytical skills and the ability to interpret, validate and visualise data using tools such as Power BI, Tableau and Excel, and can confidently translate complex information into clear, meaningful insights for diverse audiences.
You understand performance frameworks, reporting standards and governance requirements, and apply these in a practical way to support quality outcomes. You are highly organised, able to balance competing priorities and deadlines, and bring a collaborative and consultative approach when partnering with stakeholders.
To be successful in this role, you will hold appropriate tertiary qualifications or demonstrate equivalent relevant professional experience, and be motivated to use data and insights to drive improved performance and outcomes for Transport for NSW.
