Business Services Manager

- Full time contract until 30th June 2028
- $126,000 per annum + 12% super

Our client is seeking an experienced and passionate Business Services Manager to lead the delivery of business support services for First Nations businesses and entrepreneurs.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and support a team of business coaches to achieve service delivery outcomes and professional development goals.
- Foster a culturally safe, inclusive, and high-performing team environment.
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with government, corporate, industry, and community stakeholders.
- Lead the design, implementation, delivery, and continuous improvement of business support programs and services.
- Support First Nations businesses through coaching, mentoring, and access to relevant opportunities and networks.
- Identify emerging trends, opportunities, and challenges impacting the First Nations business sector.
- Monitor program performance, achieve agreed KPIs, and prepare reports on outcomes and impact.

Skills and Experience

- Extensive knowledge and understanding of the First Nations business sector and the environment in which it operates.
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills across government, corporate, community, and industry sectors.




- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience designing, delivering, and evaluating business support services, programs, or initiatives.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and achieve measurable outcomes.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to identify and respond to emerging opportunities.
- Strong organisational, reporting, and performance management capabilities.
- Self-motivated and outcomes-focused with the ability to work collaboratively and independently.
- Commitment to supporting First Nations economic development and creating positive community impact.
