An prospect exists for a fulltime Butcher that specialises in portion control at our Bidfood branch located in Malaga.
About the role:
Classic Meats Perth supplies portion control and all processed meat requirements to our network of foodservice distribution facilities that supply to hotels, restaurants, clubs and institutions across Perth.
Duties:
- Prepare, portion cut and pack fresh meat
- Ensure customer requirements are met
- Maintain product integrity and time constraints
- Maintain a clean workspace and adhere to OH&S;
Skills and Experience:
- Butchery certificate
- Specialist in portion control
- Experience with high-volume cutting
- A sound knowledge of stock control procedures
- Excellent people skills and communication
- Ability to work under pressure
- Precision and attention to detail
