Depending on your experience and market knowledge:

Hills / Upper North Shore

Inner West / City Fringe

Lower North Shore

DAY TO DAY

- Conduct market research on property pricing, growth, and rental returns
- Inspect and evaluate properties to determine suitability for client requirements
- Access and secure off-market opportunities through strong agent relationships and networking
- Analyse RP Data, Pricefinder, and recent comparable sales aligned with client briefs




- Attend industry events to build and maintain a solid network of selling agents and industry professionals
- Assist in identifying content opportunities including off-market deals, success stories, and market trends

PERKS

- Base salary depending on experience (No DR/CR)
- Commission structure to be discussed directly
- Commission varies depending on whether the lead is company-generated or self-generated
- Average provided lead: 1 per month (approx. $25,000 fee)
- Additional per month bonus based on KPI performance

THE PERSON.

- 5+ years of experience as a Sales Associate or Sales Agent in the Sydney Real Estate Market. Strong Market knowledge of your key areas.
- Strong understanding of the Sydney residential property market
- Ready to work your ass off.
- Determined to succeed but hasn’t found the traction as an Agent.
- No Ego

New role created due to business growth Monday to Saturday, with one day off during the week

Saturdays include attending auctions, bidding, and property inspections

Hours: 9:00am – 5:30pm
