Batch Espresso is looking for a friendly, energetic, and reliable Café All-Rounder to join our team.We’re looking for someone who enjoys working in a busy café workplace, loves hospitality, and takes pride in providing great coffee, food, and customer service.If you’re positive, hardworking, and enjoy being part of a team, we’d love to hear from you!

The Role

As a Café All-Rounder, you’ll be involved in the day-to-day running of the café and help create a welcoming experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities

· Provide friendly and efficient customer service

· Take customer orders accurately and confidently

· Prepare and serve coffee, hot and cold beverages

· Serve food and drinks to customers

· Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the café

· Clear and reset tables and service areas

· Assist with opening and closing procedures





· Restock products and maintain an organised work area

· Work closely with the team to ensure smooth service during busy periods

· Follow food safety, hygiene, and café procedures

· Help create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers

Experience

· Previous café, hospitality, or customer service experience is preferred

· Barista experience is highly regarded

· Latte art and strong coffee skills are a plus

· Experience with POS systems is an advantage

· Training can be provided for the right person

Availability

· Must be available to work one day on the weekend

· Early morning availability is essential

· Adaptable availability is highly regarded

Pay: From $32.00 per hour
