We’re looking for a friendly, enthusiastic Cafe All-Rounder to join our close-knit team at Cafe Fred in Penrith.

About the role
- Casual position
- Weekdays only – no weekends
- Flexible hours between 6:00 am and 3:30 pm
- Immediate start available
- Long-term opportunity for the right person
What you’ll be doing
- Taking customer orders and providing exceptional service
- Making coffee (barista experience is an advantage)
- Preparing and serving food
- Maintaining a clean and organised café
- Working as part of a positive and supportive team
About you
- At least 1 year of café or hospitality experience
- Friendly, reliable and customer-focused
- Able to work efficiently in a busy setting
- A team player with a positive attitude
- Available to work weekday mornings and afternoons
- Ideally local to the Penrith area
