We’re looking for friendly, energetic and reliable team members to join our café/coffee shop team.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys talking to customers, working at a fast pace and being part of a team. You’ll be working on the floor, serving customers, preparing coffee and food, and helping keep the café running smoothly.

About the Role

You’ll help create a great customer experience by providing fast, friendly and efficient service while working closely with the rest of the team.

Your Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and provide friendly, engaging service.
- Take customer orders and process payments accurately.
- Prepare and serve quality coffee, food and beverages.
- Work efficiently with the team to keep customer wait times to a minimum.
- Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness and food safety.
- Restock products and maintain an organised café.
- Follow company procedures and support the team during busy periods.

About You We’re looking for people who:

- Have previous coffee-making or café experience (desirable but not essential).
