As a Café Attendant you will be responsible for deliveringexcellent customer service while supporting the day-to-dayoperations of the village café. You will help foster a connectedcommunity environment and contribute to making the café a welcominghub for residents and guests. This role is offered on a 6-month fixed-termcontract with a view to permanency.

You will be available to work the following shift pattern Week 1 & Week 2 Monday 9.00am to 3.00 pm Wednesday 9.00am to 3.00pm Friday 9.00am to 3.00pm The Role - Preparing and serving high-quality hot and cold beverages,including espresso-based coffee - Preparing and serving light meals and café menu items - Providing exceptional customer service to residents,visitors, and contractors - Maintaining attractive food and beverage displays - Monitoring stock levels and assisting with stockreplenishment - Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of café anddining areas - Adhering to food safety, hygiene,



and workplace health andsafety requirements - Contributing positively to the village community andculture The Role - Previous café or hospitality experience in a retirementVillage , Aged care setting or similar setting is preferredbut not essential - Barista skills preferred but not essential - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - A friendly, positive, and team-oriented approach - Solid attention to detail and commitment to qualityservice - Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment andmanage multiple priorities - Current Food Handler Certificate, or willingness toobtain - Current driver's licence - Willingness to obtain relevant vaccinations - Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or National PoliceClearance (or willingness to apply for one) Working with Bethanie Many of us work because we want to make adifference.
