The Barn Cafe is looking for an experienced Casual Barista to join our growing team.
What we're looking for
- Previous barista experience is essential
- Confident producing consistently great coffee in a fast-paced setting
- Friendly, positive and customer-focused
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Takes pride in keeping a clean and organised workspace
- Available to work weekends (essential)
What you'll be doing
- Preparing quality espresso-based coffee
- Serving customers with a smile
- Assisting with café operations and food service when required
- Maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards
- Helping create a welcoming experience for every customer
