About the Role
- Independently managing a busy coffee section during service
- Producing high-quality espresso coffee with speed, accuracy, and consistency
- Confidently pouring latte art for dine-in coffees
- Operating coffee equipment safely, efficiently, and with care
- Working closely with the front-of-house team during busy periods
- Keeping the coffee station clean, organised, and well stocked
- Assisting with opening, closing, and general daily operations
We’re Looking for Someone Who:
- Has proven barista experience in a busy café
- Is confident working independently and managing the coffee section
- Understands coffee, customer service, and the rhythm of a rapid-paced shift
- Is reliable, efficient, attentive, and takes genuine pride in quality
- Stays calm, focused, and organised under pressure
- Works well in a team and brings positive energy every day
