As our Candidate & Mobilisation Coordinator, you'll be the driving force behind our recruitment success. You'll partner with some of Australia's leading blue collar businesses across civil construction, manufacturing, trades, industrial and white collar professional sectors. What You’ll Be Doing (The Fun Stuff!)

Being the Talent Scout & Candidate Champion

- Hunt for Greatness: Use your creativity to find the best candidates across job boards, social media, and beyond,
- Make a Great First Impression: Be the friendly face (or voice) that welcomes candidates to our world.
- Build Your Network: Develop and nurture a pipeline of skilled workers who are ready to jump into action.
- Tell Our Story: Help us write job ads that people actually want to read and apply to.
- Find the Right Fit:



Conduct engaging interviews to uncover candidates' skills and aspirations while guiding them through the journey with professionalism.

Being the Mobilisation Master & Team player

- Get candidates ready to Go: Manage the end-to-end mobilisation and onboarding process
- Ensure Compliance with Ease: Handle pre-employment checks and paperwork efficiently, so our candidates can start their new roles smoothly.
- Collaborate and Conquer: Work closely with our team to understand their needs and deliver the best talent.
- Keep Us Organised: Maintain accurate records in our ATS, ensuring we always have the data we need to succeed.
- Contribute to Our Culture: Bring your positive energy and ideas to our team meetings and daily operations.

What You’ll Bring to the Table

- Recruitment Experience: Ideally, you have 1-2 years of experience in a similar support or candidate-focused role.
