Carsy Motors is looking for a reliable and hardworking Vehicle Detailer to join our growing dealership team on a full-time basis.

We have a busy and constantly changing vehicle inventory and are looking for someone who takes pride in presenting cars to a high standard. This is an ongoing position with consistent work for the right person.

About the Role

You will be responsible for preparing vehicles for sale, customer collection and display at our dealership.

Your day-to-day duties will include:

- Washing and detailing vehicle exteriors
- Vacuuming and thoroughly cleaning interiors
- Cleaning windows, trims, wheels and tyres
- Removing stains, marks and general dirt from vehicles
- Polishing and basic paint enhancement where required
- Preparing newly arrived vehicles for photography and advertising
- Preparing sold vehicles for customer delivery
- Maintaining a clean and organised detailing/work area
- Identifying any cosmetic issues that need attention before a vehicle is advertised
- Working efficiently to ensure vehicles are ready on time

What We're Looking For

Previous vehicle detailing experience is preferred but not essential. We are happy to consider someone with some hands-on experience who is willing to learn and takes pride in their work.

The ideal candidate will

- Have a robust eye for detail




- Be reliable and punctual
- Be comfortable working independently
- Be able to work efficiently in a busy dealership environment
- Take pride in the finished presentation of a vehicle
- Be physically capable of completing detailing work throughout the day
- Have a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Hold a valid Australian driver's licence

Experience with machine polishing, buffing, paint correction or professional detailing products will be highly regarded.
