Ozcare has casual opportunities available for experienced and compassionate Care Assistants to join our team at our beautiful Currimundi Aged Care Facility.As a valued member of our Residential Aged Care team, you will play an significant role in supporting residents to maintain their dignity, independence and quality of life through the delivery of person-centred care in a welcoming and supportive environment.Your RoleAs a Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality care and support to residents while working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary care team.

Your responsibilities will include:Providing individualised care and support in accordance with residents' care plansAssisting residents with personal care activities, including showering, dressing, grooming, toileting and mobility supportSupporting residents with activities of daily living to promote independence and wellbeingAssisting with medication administration in line with organisational policies and proceduresObserving, reporting and documenting changes in residents' health and wellbeingMaintaining accurate records and completing required clinical and funding documentationContributing to a safe, clean and comfortable living environment for residentsWorking collaboratively with colleagues, residents, families and allied health professionals to deliver holistic careYour AttributesWe're looking for caring and committed professionals who share our passion for enhancing the lives of older Australians.
