We are currently seeking a compassionate Care Partner to join our South West WA Home Care team on a part time basis.

About the role

Reporting to our Home Care Manager, you will work alongside an established team to ensure that all home-care clients receive services of the highest quality, all the while providing them and their families with respectful and efficient customer service.

Your well-honed clinical, communication and problem-solving skills are demonstrated while coordinating home care packages and working as part of an inter-disciplinary team, as well as when providing relationship-centred care that ensures the dignity and respect of care recipients.

What you’ll bring

- Qualification as Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration




- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Strong knowledge of the aged care sector
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Evidence of Influenza vaccination
- Full working rights in Australia
