The Role

Our North Parramatta, facility (NSW) is seeking casual Care Service Employees to work across AM, PM and Night shifts throughout the week.

The Care Service Employee provides high-quality, person-centred care to residents in accordance with individual care plans, organisational policies, the Aged Care Quality Standards, and relevant legislation. The role aims to promote residents' dignity, independence, wellbeing, and quality of life within a safe and supportive workplace.

- Deliver personal care including showering,



dressing, grooming, toileting, continence care, and oral hygiene.
- Assist residents with mobility, transfers, repositioning, and safe manual handling using approved equipment and techniques.
- Support residents with eating, drinking, hydration, and nutritional needs.
- Encourage residents to maintain independence and participate in daily activities wherever possible.
- Provide emotional support and companionship while respecting residents' individual preferences, cultural backgrounds, and choices.
- Respond promptly to residents' call bells and requests for assistance.
