Summary:

As a Care Worker in Griffith, New South Wales, you will play a vital role in supporting the independence and wellbeing of clients in the aged care sector. Qualifications:

- Qualification in Aged Care, Disability or Individual Support or related field.
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or related.
- Certificate III or IV in Aged Care or relevant qualification.
- Experience in supporting client independence and wellbeing.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in the aged care sector.
- Adaptability to wide-ranging working hours.
- Strong empathy and compassion towards others.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
