About the Role

Our client is a highly regarded Adelaide builder delivering premium extensions, heritage restorations, architectural renovations and custom homes across Adelaide's Eastern Suburbs, City Fringe and Adelaide Hills.

This permanent full-time prospect suits a skilled and self-sufficient Carpenter looking to bring solid post-apprenticeship experience to a portfolio of premium residential projects.

Working independently across the client's sites, you will apply your carpentry expertise to builds valued between $750,000 and $2 million, alongside a team recognised for the quality of its work.

Your responsibilities will include

- 1st and 2nd fix carpentry across premium residential builds Cladding installation
- Reading and interpreting building plans accurately
- Working independently and managing your own workload on site
- Assisting with roofing as required (desirable, though not essential)
- Collaborating with the broader site team to keep projects on schedule
- Typical working hours are Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 4:00pm, with flexibility to start later or finish earlier around family and life commitments.

Requirements The successful candidate will have:

- Completed a Carpentry apprenticeship,



with a minimum of two years' post-apprenticeship experience
- Solid building experience, ideally including 1st and 2nd fix carpentry and cladding
- Roofing experience regarded favourably, though not essential
- A strong ability to read and interpret plans
- A demonstrated capacity to work independently and reliably
- Your own reliable vehicle
- Sound communication and problem-solving skills
