Reporting to the Construction Manager - Ramingining or Project Manager Housing, you will be responsible for the safe and cost-effective delivery of new community housing, upgrades and maintenance works across the Ramingining and Outstation areas.
Key responsibilities
- Recent community housing including civil, concreting, steel frame welding, truss installation, roofing, fencing and fit-off
- Upgrade of community housing
- Housing maintenance
- Bathroom renovations & upgrades
About you
- Carpentry trade certificate
- Broad carpentry skillset
- Construction Induction White Card
- Current Drivers Licence
- Working with Children's Card
- Working at heights
- Positive attitude towards safety
- Proficiency with job tracking software
- Experience in Tiling would be an advantage
- Experience in remote community works will be an advantage
