- Carry out general carpentry works and related duties safely and to quality standards.

- Perform calculations, measurements, and installation of various carpentry structures. We are seeking Carpenters to work in our organisation Adelaide Construction Works Pty Ltd to carry out general carpentry works and other related duties safely, to quality and time specification and standards and assist in other areas as required. Successful candidates will provide Carpentry support and expertise to other trades and workgroups.

Position Description: •Following occupational health and safety procedures, requirements and the policies which includes handling tools and wearing safety equipment etc.

- Communicating effectively with the colleagues and does proper planning to organise the work.
- Carring out the proper calculations and measurements of the materials.
- Properly stacking and handling of carpentry tools and materials.
- Analysing and interpreting the plans and specifications.
- Carrying out the levelling operations and setting out the areas.
- Doing excavation and concreating to straightforward forms.
- Construction of ceiling frames, wall frames, roofs, eaves, floors, installation of wet area fixtures etc.
- Installation of windows, doors, door frames, construction of stairs using levels or other equipment.
- Erects scaffolding for building structures above ground levels and using proper safety wears while working at heights.
- Detection of defective or damaged structures.
- Cleans worksite debris.



To be considered for this role, you should: ·Hold an AQF Certificate III in Carpentry. ·Have at least 3 year work experience. ·Possess a positive attitude and work well with other team members; ·Be willing to follow directions and ask questions for clarification if needed. ·Good interpersonal and communication skills; ·Able to work in a fast paced environment; multitask and handle stress; ·Able to commit beyond normal working hours as when required.

Annual Salary: AUD 70,000 - 80,000 Please note:
