Respect Cohuna Village is seeking a friendly, organised and adaptable Casual Administration Assistant to support our residential aged care home. This is a genuine casual position with no permanent roster or guaranteed hours. You'll be contacted to work shifts as needed to cover planned annual leave, sick leave and other staffing absences.

About The Role As the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors and staff, you'll play an important role in keeping our home running smoothly. You'll provide administrative support across reception, rostering, finance and general office functions while helping create a welcoming and professional workplace.
Key Responsibilities Include Providing a warm and professional reception service
Answering phone and email enquiries and directing requests appropriately
Supporting the General Manager and leadership team with day-to-day administration
Managing filing, correspondence, mail and office supplies
Preparing reports, documents and meeting minutes
Assisting with resident administration, admissions and record management
Processing invoices and supporting petty cash, banking and resident account transactions
Assisting with staff rostering and sourcing replacement staff when required
Supporting onboarding, staff records, mandatory training and uniform ordering
Maintaining confidentiality and delivering exceptional customer service at all times About You We're looking for someone who is organised, approachable and able to confidently manage a variety of administrative tasks. You'll Bring Previous administration experience, ideally within aged care or healthcare
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing tasks
Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office and general office systems
Experience with cash handling and banking processes The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team A high level of professionalism, discretion and attention to detail Experience with staff rostering systems (such as Time Target) is highly regarded but not essential.
Essential Requirements Certificate of Education or equivalent
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
