Merthyr Bowls club looking for Casual qualified Chef 25-30 hours a week with potential for more in the future.

We are a busy bistro style establishment. Open from Tuesday - Sunday for lunch and Dinner service.

Must Have -

Experience in restaurant/pub or club environment

Robust understanding of food standards, food safety and hygiene

Ability to work in a team and take orders from senior chefs

Ability to work in ala cate sections and in Functions and Events

Adhering to preparation and presentation guidelines

Passion for food

Team player and positive attitude

Flexible and Reliable
