Role Overview

As a Customer Assistant, your role is to help create thoughtful and joyful experiences in-store. The kind that stay with people long after they’ve walked out the door. You’ll bring energy, warmth,



and integrity to everything you do; whether it’s delivering exceptional service, supporting your teammates, or helping your store shine.

This is a hands-on, people-first role where no two days are the same - and we love that.

What You’ll Do

- Create meaningful customer moments with personalised service and genuine care
- Support store performance by working together and following through on what matters
- Merchandise with intention - keeping the space inspiring, beautiful, and brand-aligned
- Be a go-to expert on our range, using your product knowledge to help customers find the right scent, gift, or moment
- Keep things moving, support your teammates, and help create a workplace that’s as fun as it is focused
