Qualifications and Attributes:
- Must have a license and experience in high and ground rigging.
- Knowledge of rigging hardware (truss, motors, hoists, slings).
- Ability to work at heights with fall protection equipment.
- Manual physical work and heavy lifting.
- Has rigging equipment (rope, harness, etc.).
- Has steel cap boots, a safety vest, and a hard hat.
- Experience in live events, theater, or production environments.
- Experience with basic hand tools.
- Valuable command of English.
- Able to work in a team.
- Able to listen & follow instructions.
- Flexible and adaptable to change.
