Deliver personalised dispensing solutions and exceptional customer service

Build strong patient relationships and create memorable experiences

Develop product knowledge and confidently recommend eyewear options

Support daily practice operations and work collaboratively with the wider team Skills & Experience We're looking for someone who: Is passionate about Patient First care and exceptional customer service

Has retail experience, with optical experience highly regarded

Can quickly develop product knowledge and confidently communicate with patients

Brings enthusiasm, energy, patience, and a positive attitude

Enjoys working as part of a team
