Based primarily in Forestville , you'll also have the opportunity to support our Dee Why and Warriewood practices, helping deliver exceptional patient experiences across the region.

About The Role As an Optical Assistant, you'll:

- Assist patients in selecting frames and lenses suited to their vision, lifestyle,



and budget
- Deliver personalised dispensing solutions and exceptional customer service
- Build strong patient relationships and create memorable experiences
- Develop product knowledge and confidently recommend eyewear options
- Support daily practice operations and work collaboratively with the wider team

Skills & Experience We're looking for someone who:

- Is passionate about Patient First care and exceptional customer service
- Has retail experience, with optical experience highly regarded
- Can quickly develop product knowledge and confidently communicate with patients
- Brings enthusiasm, energy, patience, and a positive attitude
- Enjoys working as part of a team
- Can be versatile with working hours, including weekends, public holidays, and late trade when required
