Casual OSHC Educators (Qualified & Non-Qualified) – Atlantis & Tall Tree Group

Atlantis and Tall Tree Group are currently seeking enthusiastic Casual OSHC Educators to join our growing team across our Outside School Hours Care services from Sorrento to Yanchep.

This is the perfect opportunity for educators who enjoy variety, flexibility, and making a positive impact in children’s lives. You’ll support our services during before and after school care, with opportunities to work across Vacation Care throughout the school holidays.

Your Key Responsibilities

- Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for school-aged children
- Engage children in fun, meaningful, and age-appropriate activities
- Support before and after school care programs, as well as Vacation Care
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and your team
- Assist with daily routines and ensure smooth program delivery
- Work collaboratively across multiple OSHC services as required




- Maintain compliance with policies, procedures, and child-safe practices

What You’ll Need

- Availability Monday to Friday for split shifts (before and after school care)
- Willingness to travel across our OSHC services between Sorrento and Yanchep
- A passion for working with children and contributing to a positive team culture
- Current Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certificates (or willingness to obtain)
- Full Driver’s Licence and reliable transport preferred
- Successful applicants will be required to provide a minimum of two professional references

For Qualified Educators

- Certificate III, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care, School Age Education and Care, or a related field.

For Non-Qualified Educators

We welcome applicants who are currently studying a relevant qualification or are looking to begin a rewarding career in Outside School Hours Care. Experience working with children is highly regarded but not essential.
