We're looking for a Casual Property Manager to work alongside our Director and Office Manager to help care for our rental department.

About the Role

- Assist with the day-to-day management of our residential rental portfolio.
- Liaise with landlords, tenants and contractors.
- Coordinate maintenance and inspections.
- Conduct routine inspections when required.
- Provide outstanding customer service while working as part of a close-knit team.

What We're Looking For

- Minimum 2 years' experience in residential property management.
- Current Estate Agent Representative Certificate (Victoria).
- Current Victorian driver's licence.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.




- Ability to work independently while also being a team player.
- A positive attitude and a genuine passion for property management.
