Casual Sales Associates – Harbour Town Premium Outlet
We're looking for reliable, capable Casual Sales Associates to join our Harbour Town team.
This is a hands-on retail role in a busy environment. It suits people who enjoy working with others, take pride in their work, stay on top of their responsibilities, and contribute positively to the team.
The role offers approximately 16-24 hours per week, with availability on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays essential, plus some weekend availability.
There will also be opportunities for additional hours during our peak trading period from October through January.e.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Welcoming customers and creating a warm, well-run environment in store
- Providing direct, helpful service and building genuine rapport
- Assisting with stock, merchandising, and general store tasks
- Working as part of a team to keep the store running smoothly
We’re Looking for People Who:
- Are naturally warm and hospitable with customers
- Enjoy working with people and take pride in how they present themselves
- Are reliable and consistent week to week
- Communicate clearly and carry themselves well with customers
- Take initiative and don’t need constant direction
- Have some retail or customer-facing experience
- Are available across weekdays and weekends
