We're looking for a dedicated and skilled Casual Sous Chef to be second-in-command in our kitchen, supporting our Head Chef in delivering an outstanding dining experience for our residents at Kardinia Parkside Care Community.

About The Candidate Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent experience.

Experience as a Chef, with some supervisory or leadership exposure.

Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (or willingness to obtain).

A passion for food and a genuine desire to make a difference in aged care.

Strong teamwork, communication, and time-management skills.

Willingness To Complete Pre-employment medical

What You'll Do Support the Head Chef in leading the kitchen team and managing daily operations.
