? About the Role You’ll be supporting participants in their day-to-day lives, promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing. We’re looking for someone who is a true champion for community inclusion — helping participants build confidence, connect socially, and access meaningful activities.

Your Work May Include

- Supporting individuals with mental health needs
- Implementing Behaviour Support Plans
- Providing care for clients with dementia
- Diabetes management
- Medication administration
- Supporting community access and social engagement
- Encouraging participants to explore and engage in community activities and local services





? Shift Availability We Are Seeking Candidates Available For Both ✅ Day shift coverage ✅ Sleep shifts (overnight)

This role also includes casual on-call / short notice shift cover, so flexibility is important.

✅ What You’ll Need To Be Successful In This Role, You Must Have

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar support role
- Experience working with mental health and complex needs
- Current NDIS Clearance
- NDIS Worker Orientation Modules completed
- Senior First Aid & CPR
- Current Driver’s Licence
- Reliable vehicle with comprehensive car insurance
