We’re a new neighbourhood Italian trattoria bringing honest food, warm service, and classic flavours to the table. We’re looking for a passionate CDP / Pan Chef to join our kitchen team.

About the Role

- Run your section confidently during service
- Prepare and cook classic Italian dishes with care and consistency
- Work closely with the Head Chef
- Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and cleanliness
- Assist with prep, stock rotation, and kitchen organisation

What We’re Looking For

- Previous experience as a CDP or strong Pan Chef
- Basic to solid knowledge of Italian cuisine
- Ability to work in a fast-paced service environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in their work
